Vasilios Polychronos – President (Executive member)
He joined Nafpaktos Textile Industry SA in 1991, initially as an employee, while from 1996 to January 2002 he served as Fabric Sales Director, before assuming the duties of Chairman of the Board of Directors, which he still holds today.

Georgios Koutroumanis – Vice President (Independent Non-Executive Member)
He joined the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1985 and in 1995 he obtained the rank of Certified Public Accountant. A graduate of the School of Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the auditing company Olympia Certified Public Accountants S.A., holding until today the position of Vice President with executive responsibilities.
From 2013 to 2019 he served as President of the Economic Chamber of Western Greece, while since 2019 he has participated in the Assembly of Representatives of the Economic Chamber of Greece.

Dimitrios Polychronos – CEO (Executive Member)
He joined the company in 1996 and has been appointed as Exports & Yarns Director since 1998. In June 2025, he was elected President of the European Cotton Alliance (ECA), which promotes the cooperation and development of European cotton farming and the cotton industry.

Emmanuel Xionis – Consultant (Executive Member)
He studied Production and Management Engineering at the Technical University of Crete and has a career spanning over 30 years in the financial and corporate finance sector, successfully completing numerous corporate transactions and investments in the Energy, IT and Finance sectors.
In 2013, he was honored by Aydin University in Istanbul with the Dr. Aydin Award, for his participation as a keynote speaker at a conference on Greek Turkish economic relations.

Athanasios Skamagoulis – Consultant (Non-Executive Member)
A graduate of the Law School of the National & Kapoidistrian University of Athens and holder of a master’s degree (MLE) from the University of Hannover in Germany, in Corporate Law; he has been the company’s Legal Advisor for more than 20 years.

Ioanna Charakida – Consultant (Executive Member)
She joined the company in 2004, starting as an assistant accountant, was promoted in 2007 to Internal Auditor and since 2014 has assumed the position of Financial Director. She is a graduate of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Athens University of Economics and Business (A.U.E.B.), holds a master’s degree in accounting and Auditing from the same institution, as well as the professional certification Diploma in Auditing & Internal Review (A.I.A.). She is a member of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and speaks English and Italian.

Vasileia Papalymperi – Consultant (Independent Non-Executive Member)
She is a graduate of the European University of Cyprus Law School (LL.B.) and holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Piraeus, with distinction. She has been a Court of Appeal lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019. She has significant experience in international and domestic environments. She has worked in multinational groups in the courier and logistics sectors. She has collaborated with public sector organizations and international audit and consulting firms.

She specializes in corporate and tax law, as well as corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She has experience in complex corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transformations. She is involved in tax planning and risk management. She actively participates in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. She speaks English and has basic knowledge of French and Italian.
