In the context of proper and timely information to the investing public, and in accordance with the Athens Stock
Exchange Rulebook, the company "Nafpaktos Textile Industry S.A." announces the Financial Calendar for the
year 2025:
- Announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024: Wednesday, April 30, 2025
- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 14:00
- Announcement of the Financial Results for the First Half of 2025: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Nafpaktos Textile Industry S.A. reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the investing public is
informed in a timely manner through a modification of the present announcement.
The Company’s Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a
dividend for the fiscal year 2024.
The Company clarifies that the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 will be posted on the
Company's website ( http://www.nafpaktos-yarns.gr ) on April 30, 2025, after the close of trading on the Athens
Stock Exchange.
