FABRICS

The 2 weaving mills of the company produce stable fabrics, which are used for making shirts and trousers, with a weight from 80 gr/m2 to 360 gr/m2.

The designing of the fabrics is carried out by the creative department of the company that has a special design program C.A.D. (Computer Aided Design).

Many types of raw material are used for the production of the fabrics such as cotton (mainly produced by our spinning jennies), polyester, viscose, linen, nylon, etc. The compositions of the fabrics vary :

100% cotton
75% cotton - 25% polyester
65% cotton -35% polyester
50% cotton -50% polyamide
70% cotton -30% linen
50% cotton -30% polyester - 20% viscose

The above-mentioned qualities are produced in many designs with various patterns such as striped, plaid, single-coloured, fil-a-fil, etc. depending on the fashion trends.

The company presents two new collections each year (1 for spring-summer & 1 for autumn-winter) through which its customers can choose among a variety of weaves, compositions, designs, and colours. We mention some of them indicatively: poplin, gabardine, canvas, oxford, diagonal, pique, otoman, jean type.

The company participates in open invitations to tender and undertakes orders based on agreements with Public Services for quality fabrics of certain specifications.

All the products of the company have quality assurance certification with ISO 9001 by ELOT (Decision Νο 02.04.01 - 04.02/405).
