Graduate in Business Administration from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI), he has worked with the company since 1991 and was assigned the position of the Fabric Sales Manager in 1996. He is a member of the B.O.D. of the affiliated companies "POLARIS S.A.", "SOFADON GINNING MILLS S.A." and "BIOPOL S.A." He was born on 1971 in Athens.

Theofanis Kousoulas:
Vice Chairman
Lawyer specialized in commercial law, with 29 years experience in the practice of law. He was born on 1941 in Kandila of Tripoli.

Anastasios Polychronos:
Alternate Vice-Chairman
He studied at the Athens Economics University specializing in HRM. He has worked with the company since 1988 and took over factory management in 1994. He is a member of the B.O.D. of the affiliated companies "POLARIS S.A." and "BIOPOL S.A." He was born on 1968 in Nafpaktos.

Dimitrios Polychronos:
Managing Director
He has worked with the company since 1996 and is head of exports and yarn sales manager since 1998. He is managing director of "SOFADON GINNING MILLS S.A.", chairman of "POLARIS S.A." and vice-chairman of "BIOPOL S.A.". He was born on 1976 in Athens.

Christos Agoritsas:
Consultant
Graduate of the Industrial School of Piraeus and of the Institute of postgraduate studies in Business Administration of the Athens Economics University. He has retired from the National Bank of Greece; he has 35 years experience in financial matters and in HRM matters. Throughout his career he held managerial positions in various fields of the Bank (Personnel Manager, Director of Central Office of the Bank, Managing Director of ETHNOFACT, Research Deputy Manager). He has participated in the B.O.D. of various companies such as: AGET - HRAKLIS S.A., SIEMENS S.A., ETEBA S.A. and ETHNOFACT S.A. He was born on 1943 in Raches of Fthiotida.

Vasilios Iliopoulos

Bank Officer, he has held the position of Director in branches of the banks Ergasias and Eurobank from 1991 until 2000. Since 2001 he is the Director in the branch of the bank Probank in Neo Iraklio of Attica. He was born on 1952 in Athens.
